These two Papers present the results of surveys and test excavations from the Pacific littoral of Guatemala. Paper 89 presents findings from the central coast and Paper 90 from the western. These works offer insights on Mesoamerican Formative period environment, settlement, and early ceramics. Published in the Soconusco survey series.
